Let us make the denominators same say 10

.i.e, -4/5 and 1/2 can be written as :

 \\  \frac{ - 4}{5}   =   \frac{ - 8}{10}   \\ \\  \frac{1}{2} =  \frac{5}{10}

 \sf \: since \:  \frac{ - 4}{5}  \: and  \: \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{ - 8}{10} \:  and \:  \frac{5}{10}  \: respectively

Therefore, ten rational numbers between -8/10 and 5/10 are :

 \\  \frac{4}{10} \:  \:   \frac{3}{10}  \:  \:  \frac{2}{10}  \:  \:  \frac{1}{10}  \:  \:  \frac{ - 1}{10}  \:  \:  \frac{ - 2}{10} \:  \:  \frac{ - 3}{10}   \:  \:  \frac{ - 4}{10}  \:  \:  \frac{ - 5}{10}  \:  \:  \frac{ - 6}{10}
