From the story ‘The Third Level’, we can say that Charlie is creative in nature because he explains his experience(which might be his imagination or true) in a keen and a creative way. We can say he is adventurous cause he likes to move on and find out everything in his surroundings. He has the capacity to actually go into worlds that he likes.
