Thallophyta:
- dont have well differentiated body
- they are aquatic in nature
- algae is common word used
- examples are spirogyra,ulva,chara
bryophyta:
- differentiated to form stem ,leaf like structure
- do not have xylem and phloem
- also called amphibians of plant kingdom
- examples are moss, marchantia
Pteridophyta:
- differentiated into roots ,stem and leaves
- have xylem and phloem
- examples ate marsilea ,ferns, horse tails
Gymnosperms:
- derived from greek
- are naked seed
- are perenial ,evergteen and woody
Angiosperms:
- greek word
- are covered seeds
- develop inside ovary
- have cotyledons
