here is ur answer:

p(x) = 3 {x}^{2}  - 4 {x}^{2}  + 5 {x}^{2}  - 3x + 4 \\  \\ p(x) =  -  {x }^{2}  + 5 {x}^{2}  - 3x + 4 \\  \\ p(x) = 4 {x}^{2}  - 3x + 4

since highest degree is 2. so degree of polynomial is also 2.
