Mercy: How are you feeling Chuck?
(Mercy asked Chuck how he was feeling.)
Chuck: Mercy, to tell you the truth, I have lost all hopes.
(Chuck confessed to Mercy that he had lost all hopes.)
Mercy: Come on, you'll be alright. Don't despair.
(Mery tried to cheer Chuck assuring him that he would be alright and he should not despair.)
Chuck: I feel I have become a burden on you.
(Chuck said that he felt he had become a burden on her.)
Mercy: It's not like that. Suppose I met with an accident, would you say that?

Chuck: Mercy, after you leave for work, I feel terribly alone.

Mercy: I understand. Shall we bring Duke back from the kennel?
(Mercy replied sympathetically and asked if they should bring Duke back from the kennel.)
Chuck: That will be good, I've not seen him for last four months.
