When water turns in to gases due to the increase in temperature and pressure it is called as evaporation and it is taken place at any temperature
Like if temperature is high it evaporates quickly.
If liquid gets vaporised at boiling point at fixed temperature is called vaporization and it is independent of surface area and speed of wind.
Hope you got it
