Write the differences and similarities between living and non living things?

Living things are lively, and they have movement, concious but living things are just nothing other than a thing which is always at rest, between they are unconcious,
Eg for Living things: Animals,birds etc.
Eg for Non-living things: Toys, machines etc.

Living things have a life span whereas non-living things do not have a definite life span.
Living things grow internally whereas non-living things grow externally.
In living things locomotion is internal whereas in non-living things the locomotion is external.
The growth in living beings is not reversible whereas in non-living things it is reversible.
A living organism can repair itself whereas a non-living organism cannot do it by itself.
