These are few differences among blood and Lymph -
1. Our circulatory system consists the blood but our lymphatic system possesses lymph.
2. Blood is of red color whereas lymph does not have any color.
3. Blood possesses RBCs, WBCs, and also platelets. But, lymph has only WBC and water kind of fluid.
4. Blood can be seen flowing through blood vessels but flow of lymph is via lymphatic vessels.

- Both blood and lymph are body fluids that help in circulation and are present in humans. But, there are certain differences between them.
- Blood is the fluid that has RBCs and hemoglobin, but lymph lacks both RBCs and hemoglobin.
- Blood has platelets and helps in hemostasis, but lymph lacks platelets, so can’t do those.
- Blood has much higher protein content along with clotting factors, but lymph has much lesser protein content with about no clotting factors.
- Blood doesn’t come in contact with body tissues, but lymph has direct contact with cells.
