E.C. is 2,8,1
Remember that at first sum should be equal to atomic no. of element.
2ndly first you have to write 2 then (if the element's atomic no. is less than 10) the no. left with you and if it is more than you have to firstly write 8 as orbit stables with 8 electron.

Hi there !!!

The electronic configuration of the element with atomic number 11 is :-
2 , 8 ,1

Rules followed while writing the electronic configuration :

<> Maximum number of electrons in an orbit is calculated by 2n², where ‘n’ is number of orbit / energy level.

<> The outer shell are filled only when the inner shells gets filled completely.

<> The maximum number of electrons in outermost orbit will not be more than 8.

-->The element is  Sodium
