Write the equation 2(x-y)=4-y in the form ax+by=c and also find the coordinates of the points where its graph cuts x-axis and y-axis.

2(x-y) = 4-y
2x-2y +y=4
2x-y = 4
The above equation is in the form of ax+by=c

Put x = 0
-y = 0 ⇒ y = -4
The line cuts the Y axis at (0,-4)

Put y = 0

2x = 4
x = 2
The line cut the X axis at (2,0)
