By the intercept form of line,

\frac{x}{a} +\frac{y}{b} =1

where a and b are the x and y intercepts respectively

Hence the equation becomes

\frac{x}{7} +\frac{y}{4} =1\\\\\frac{4x+7y}{28} =1\\\\4x+7y=28\\

Therefore the srtandard equation becomes

4x + 7y - 28 = 0
