Answer : -3

=>

 log_{7}(\frac{1}{343} )  =  - x

=>

rewrite the above equation in exponential form using the definition of a logarithm. If x & b are positive real numbers and b doesn't equal to

1.

then,

 ( log_{b}) (x) = y

is equal to

  {b}^{y}  = x

 {7}^{x}  =  \frac{1}{343}

create equivalent expressions in the equation that all have equal bases.

  {7}^{x}  =  {7}^{ - 3}

Since the bases are the same, the two expressions are only equal if the exponents are also equal.

x = −3

−3The variable x is equal to −3.
