FEATURES OF DEMOCRACY

Democracy is a form of government which is for the people, by the people and of the people. There are some distinguished feature of democracy:-

• In a democratic country the final decision-making power should lie on the people.

• A democracy must be based on free and fair election means ruling party have chance to lose and losing party have chance to win.

• Every adult citizen must have one vote and one vote have one value.

• There is a limit of government which is present in laws and can't exceed that limit.

• Each adult have equal rights which cannot be violated and taken away.
