Word equation:-

Sodium Hydroxide + Hydrochloric Acid \implies sodium Chloride + Water

Equation :-

NaOH(s) + HCl (aq)\implies NaCl(s) + \bf{H_2O} (aq)

Physical state :-

NaOH => Solid

HCl => Aqueous

NaCl => Solid

\bf{H_2O} => Aqueous

As the equation is already balanced we don't need to make any changes in the equation for balancing the number of atoms.
