Hi ! For your kind information c++ is not used for hacking , it's a programming language used for creating games , websites etc. If you want to hack you have to learn Kali . With Kali you can hack anyone's mobile using wifi of yours , you can see their chats , control etc (only if he uses your wifi ).

It is not available in play store , it's paid version works properly
