1 ) Blood Vessels = They carry blood from one part to another part....
these are of two types..
ARTERY and VEINS.....

2 ) Blood = It is the main components of human being and it has 4 components..
RBC , WBC , PLASMA and PLATELETS .It is red colour due to RBC and haemoglobin.....

3 ) PLATELETS = These are very helpful and it is the component of blood and it prevents the blood clotting........

4 ) Lymph = It is a system of tiny tubes Made from leukocytes( WBC ) .It helps in maintaining our Immune system and it is somehow similar to blood plasma......

5 ) Heart = It is the main organ. It's work is that it Pumps the oxygenated blood through out the body...it receives deoxygenated blood from whole body and sends it to lungs where through the process of exchange of gases Which occurs at alveoli it gets oxygenated....And It can suffer from myocardial infarction ( heart attack ) when the nerve which provide it nutrition get block....I.e cranial nerve provide nutrition to it....

Hope it helps to you.....
