Write the greatest 4 digit number and express it in the form of it's prime factors?

Solution : -

We have to express the largest 4 digits number in the form of it's prime factors.
Largest 4 digits number = smallest 5 digit number - 1 (¥)
Substituting the values in (¥) , we get :-
Largest 4 digit no. = 10000-1
= 9999
Now we have to express 9999 as the product of it's prime factors.
Doing prime factorization we get,
9999= 11×3×3×101.

Therefore,

9999 = {3}^{2} \times 11 \times 101
