1) Phototropism - in response to light.

ex- a potted plant kept near a window which is only site of light in that room ,in 2-3days you will see the result,we see that plant bends towards the light

2) Geotropism - in response to gravity

ex- if we see the roots of plant they are in the direction of gravity this shows Geotropism.

3) Chemotropism- in response to chemicals

ex- if we see growth of pollen tubes towards Ovules in the ovary this shows chemotropism
