Boron < Gallium < Aluminium < Indium < Thallium

Explanation:

Atomic radii increases on moving down a group because the number of electron shells increases and the force on attraction on the valence electrons by the nucleus decreases which increases the atomic radii.

But the atomic radius of gallium is less than aluminium because the electrons of d-orbitals poorly shield the outermost electrons which increases the attractive force of the nucleus on the outermost electrons which causes a smaller atomic radius.
