By the laws of the constitution India is bound to be a country with a thriving democratic agenda at its core.  This means that it would conduct free and fair elections,  it would get rid of the hardcore caste systems which were once in the very bases of the laws of our country. This previously stated sentence can be further expanded to bring about a condition where untouchablity is not at all there in our country . Equality of rights along with the freedom of speech and religion is omnipresent unlike before the modern constitutional framework of India. These laws in the constitution abide by the ideals of both Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. BR Ambedkar
