Sir,

It is common knowledge that the government has issued orders banning the use of loudspeakers (PA System) in towns. However many individuals and groups are still using it. The use of loudspeakers, especially at night, causes much disturbance to the students who are studying for their exams. It is very difficult for them to concentrate on their lessons when loudspeakers are being used at different places of the town.

I therefore request the authorities to take appropriate action against those misusing loudspeakers. The law enforcement agencies must prevent the unauthorised use of loudspeakers.
