I am (your name) a regular costumer of yours and my sister Radhika bought a iPhone from your store on 16th August 20XX ,Sr no. 7778906. Sir the phone was working well and I was quite happy with it but yesterday I had a problem in it it's speaker is not working properly.when I use to play any audio or video I can see the visuals on the screen but the phone is not providing any audio.
