The main difference between concave mirrors and convex mirrors is the shape of them.
concave mirror has the polished surface bulging inwards but convex mirror has polished surface bulging outwards..

1. its reflecting surface is bulged inwards.

2. it produces real and inverted images. ( except when obj. is placed b/w pole and focus).


Convex mirror

1. its reflecting surface is bulged outward.

2. it always produces virtual and erect images and images are always diminished.
