write the mechanism of chlorination of methane

Chloroform can be prepared from chlorination of methane at 675K. By chlorination of methane a mixture of chloro compounds is obtained.
CH4 + cl2 -------->CH3cl + CH2cl2 + CHcl3 + Ccl4
Chloroform can be separated from this mixture by fractional distillation.
