Note:-

-ol indicates the alcholic group present in a molecule and its formula is R-OH

where R is the alkyl group

NOW

chain is of 2 carbon that means its ethane and with alcoholic group so simplifying we get. ethanol (CH3 - CH2 - OH)

when Conc H2SO4 is added to an alcohol the water is voupourised and thus leaving behind alkene.

CH3-CH-OH + [conc H2SO4]====> CH2=CH2 + H20 + [conc H2SO4]

where the product is ethene.
