The two famous schools or orders of Sufism which developed India around the middle of the eleventh century are Chisti order and Suhrawardi order. The founder of the Chisti order was saint Moinuddin Chisti and Suhrawardi order was founded by shaik Abu al Najib al Suhrawardi.
