Answer:

X = 4

POLYNOMIAL ==> X²-9X+K = 0

PUTTING VALUE OF X IN POLYNOMIAL

==> (4)²-9(4)+K = 0

==> 16-36+K = 0

==> -20 + K = 0

==> K = 20

SO, THE

POLYNOMIAL WILL BE :- X²-9X+20

==> X²-9X+20

A = 1 , B = -9 , C= 20

A = -b±√4ac/ 2a

==> -(-9) ± √4(1)20 / 2(1)

==> 9 ± √80 / 2

==> 9 ± √2*2*2*2*5 /2

==> 9 ± 4√5 / 2

==> 9+4√5/2 ; 9-4√5/2

hirvikapasi16: i hv another method n to find its other root i tried this method. Not sure if its correct but i think it may help u.
