In every Action there is always a equal and opposite reaction.
Examples-1-When we nock the wall ,the force we exerts on the wall ,the wall also exert same force on us .
2-When the teacher slaps on the students face the force we fell on our chin is same as the teacher in his \her hand
Thanks

Formally stated, Newton's third law is: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. The statement means that in every interaction, there is a pair of forces acting on the two interacting objects. The size of the forces on the first object equals the size of the force on the second object.

You wake up in the morning.

You stand using both of your feet, your weight push earth and earth hold you back: Newton’s third law.

You pull your bed room door, you felt it is slightly heavy: Newton’s third law.

You go to the bathroom, you opened your shower, water streaming in your face, you can feel it running down your cheek: Newton’s third law.

You walk, you push the ground beneath you, earth push you back forward: Newton’s third law.

You started your car, hit the pedal and tires began to spin, there is friction between tires and the ground, it makes your car moves forward: Newton’s third law.

etc.

Newton’s third law is about interaction. Whenever a thing interacts with other thing, trying to push or pull, attract or repel, that other thing will interacts back, almost instantly, with the same effort.

It happened everyday.
