The diaphragm contracts to allow your lungs to take in oxygen and relaxes to squeeze your lungs and exhale. So after the diaphragm does this, the oxygen enters your nose, then to the trachea, then to the bronchus, to the lungs and the alveoli, then into blood cells that to go back to the heart and the heart pumps the blood cells to the rest of the body.
