Hi there!
Here's the answer:

¶¶¶ Face Value of a digit in a numeral is its own value, at whatever place it may be.

¶¶¶ Place Value = Face value × its weight.

¶¶¶ Summing up of all place values is equals the number itself

¶¶¶
For a Number ……zxcv.abcd……

[***] The weight increases from the left digit of decimal point to left most digit by 10 times the previous digit weight.

:
:
:
weight of v = 1
weight of c = 10
weight of x = 100
weight of z = 1000

[***] The weight decreases from right digit of decimal point to right most digit by (1/10= 0.01) times the previous digit weight.

weight of a = 0.1
weight of b = 0.01
weight of c = 0.001
weight of d = 0.0001

Now,
Place value of 5 = 5 × 1 = 5
Place value of 7 = 7 × 10 = 70
Place value of 2 = 2 × 100 = 200

Place value of 2 = 2 × 0.1 = 0.2
Place value of 6 = 6 × 0.01 = 0.06
Place Value of 9 = 9 × 0.001 = 0.009

If all these place values are added, the result will be the same Number.

200+70+5+0.2+0.06+0.0009
= 275.269
