then  alpha x beta  equal to -9/2 and alpha + beta equal to -3/2

for a quadratic equation p(x) = x square - (alpha + beta ) x + alpha x beta

so put the given value in the above  equation

p(x) = x square - (-3/2)x + (-9/2)

= x square + 3/2 x -9/2

=2 x square +3x -9 =0
