⇒ The sum of zeros = α + β = \frac{-b}{a} = \frac{-(-3)}{2}  = \frac{3}{2}

Hence we have,

a = 2, b = 3 and c = -9

So, polynomial = ax^{2}  + bx + c

 

       p(x) = 2x^{2} +3x -9
