For making polynomial
Here is the formula
Xsq -(sum of zeros)x + product of zeros=0
Xsq -(2-√3+2+√3)x +(2-√3).(2+√3)=0
Xsq - 4x +1=0
Which is required polynomial..

use x2- (sum of roots) x + (product of roots)
sum of roots : 2+root3 + 2-root 3 = 4
product of roots : (2+root3) (2-root 3) = 1
so, x2 - (4)x + (1)
hence, the polynomial which fits the condition is " x2-4x+1 "
