Predecessor means before number...i.e. no. that is one less than the given number.

(1) 9999 –› 9998

(2) 100000 –› 99999

(3) 50000 –› 49999

(4)86864 –› 86863

(2) 100000= 99999
(3) 5,0000= 49999
(4) 86864 =86863
Predecessor means the number behind the given number
For example given number is 100
Then it's predecessor will be 100-1 =99
