non cooperation movement was initially started to be a peaceful movement but was withdraw as it further lead to violence. In this movement people stopped cooperating with the British, all rich and poor require salt as it is a basic need but prices of salt were very high and unaffordable. so,many people along with Gandhi Ji joint the moment of Dandies March.
