Numerator is less than -7 x 11 = -77

numerator = -7×11 = -77
denominator = 12 + 4 = 16
so if numerator is less than - 77 and denominator is greater than 16 so the rational number will be - 78/17... you can take any number less than -77 and grater than 16... Hope this helped... plz mark this as brainliest
