  • the groves in the rubber are designed to allow water to be expelled beneath the tire and prevent hydroplaning. this also affects in traction.
  • when the cap is on the bottle,the air pressure in the bottle is equal to the air pressure outside the bottle.since the pressure is same nothing comes out when the cap is taken out the water comes out
