Let smallest three digit number in the form of x + 10y + 100z { e.g zyx is this number }
A/C to question ,
if digits are wrritten in reverse order then number doesn't change .
e.g z + 10y + 100x = x + 10y + 100z
99x = 99z
x = z
but we know, smallest number of three digit number = 100
hence, if we take 101
then, condition ; x = z Satisfy .
1 + 0.10 + 100.1 = 101
1 = 1
so, 101 is smallest three digit number which doesn't change if the digits are written in reverse order .
