There are thousands of reasons, one should eat healthy diet.

Our body is a temple and it depend on us how we keep it sacred and healthy. We are familiar with the fact that junk food and unhealthy diet is a source of bad cholesterol and fat that accumulate in our body and only harms our body. In order to keep our body and mind healthy we should eat healthy food such as greens, nuts, good fats and lipids. It not just improves our physical and mental health but also increase the life span.

There are many ways we can replace unhealthy chunks from our plate with the healthy ones. Lets say we can replace chicken with millet; both are a source of protein, we can replace fried fries with sweet potato fries and many more examples.
