Food is one of the basic needs of human beings, it provide us energy that our body needs to work properly. Not only that, it also provide us a variety of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, and proteins that our body asks us daily to keep it in function. As time our alimentation has changed due to the demands of the modern world. People have less time to prepare a home cooked meal, and instead of it we decide to eat fast food, but did you know that eating fast food daily cause adverse health effects? Although it not supposed any danger if we eat it occasionally, it can seriously damage our health due that fast food does not provide us with the necessary nutrients that our bodies need.
