Write the standard form of the equation and the general form of the equation of the circle with radius r and center​ (h,k). Then graph the circle.

The standard form of a circle is given by an equation(centred at origin).

 {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  =  {r}^{2}

where, r = radius of the circle.

When, centre is (h,k). it is given by

 {(x - h)}^{2}  +  {(y - k)}^{2}  =  {r}^{2}

The equation of the circle specifically mentioned in the question will be

 {(x - 2)}^{2}  +  {y}^{2}  =  {2}^{2}  = 4
