can be seen in the above picture, to move the window click and hold the left mouse button down at the top of the window. While continuing to hold down the mouse button move the window to where you want it to be positioned.

Note: When clicking the title bar at the top of the window try to click on an empty portion of the title bar or the title of the window. Other buttons that may be on the window like the minimize, maximize, and close will perform the action of those buttons.

Moving a window using the keyboard

A window can also be moved using a series of keyboard shortcuts. Below are the steps for resizing a window only using the keyboard.

Press Alt+Spacebar to open the window menu.

If the window is maximized, arrow down to Restore and press Enter, then press Alt+Spacebar again to open the window menu.

Arrow down to Move.

Press the up or down arrow key to move the window up or down or the left or right to move the window left or right.

Once the window is positioned where you want it, press the Enter key
