In the File name box, enter a name for a new workbook.

To save your workbook in a different file format 

Click Save.

  3. Choose a name, format, and location for the file if you click the 'Save As' option.
  4. You can also click on the 'Floppy Disk' icon over the 'File' tab. It will display the shortcut 'Ctrl + S' if you keep the mouse pointer over the icon. (You can see that in the image).

It's better to just use the shortcut 'Ctrl + S'.
