this is the main chain (hydrogen atoms not mention do it yourself as the number of bonds left.)(the substituent will go on the C-atom represented by bold letter 'c' in this chain below)

REASON-when double and triple bond are on same position the main is selected giving double bond higher priority.

    (this '=-' represents a triple bond)
