This is a poem set in a meadow where 3 kids pretend to be pirates and sailing the sea. Before they decide where to travel they spot a squadron and the pirates decide to try and escape them. This poem had a lot of elements I expected to see including rhyming e.g. swing, spring, and metaphors e.g. waves are on the meadow.
