Answer:

How do I write time 1:20 in Sanskrit?

In Sanskrit, while ending time we add vaadanam

Here in 1:20 we can clearly see that it is 20 minutes more than one o’clock.

In sanskrit 20 is vimshatihi,One is eka.

As it is 20 minutes more than 1 it is vimsha+adhika+eka and as mentioned above +Vaadanam=vimshadhikaekavadanam

So in English we tell 20 after one but in sanskrit we tell 20minutes more than one.

Hope this helps:-)

The answer is

3:30 = सार्धत्रयवादने

7:10 = सप्तवादनम्।

Let's look at how to tell time in Sanskrit now. It's rather simple because we already know how to count numbers. After all, there are only twenty-four hours in a day. So, if you can count to sixty, that's more than enough for when you need numbers to tell the time!

One o'clock would be Ekavaadanam - एकवादनम्।

2 o'clock : द्विवादनम्।

3 o'clock : त्रिवादनम्।

4 o'clock : चतुर्वादनम्।

5 o'clock : पञ्चवादनम्।

6 o'clock : षड्वादनम्।

7 o'clock : सप्तवादनम्।

8 o'clock : अष्टवादनम्।

9 o'clock : नववादनम्।

10 o'clock : दशवादनम्।

11 o'clock : एकादशवादनम्।

12 o'clock : द्वादशवादनम्।
