25th amendment act-

*passed to overturn  the S.C judgement in R.C cooper versus the Union of India ,made changes to article 31 that is the right to property.

*it substituted the word compensation with amount ,it means the government know have to only pay a nominal amount in case of acquisition of property .

*inserted article 31C.

currently right to property is a legal right under article 300-A.it was amended by the 44th amendment act .
