There are the various ways in order to access the speaking skill of student ,
1) Student can be asked to come on the front and speak infront of whole class this would also encourage the student and will help in building their confidence.
2) Teacher can ask the student in the mid of class read the lesson or exercise either by looking at the book or memorized material.
3) Moreover, the student can introduce themselves in the certain language that will give the idea of individual speaking skill.
