Here is your answer

I have four you can choose accordingly...

If pulled quickly, a tablecloth can be removed from underneath of dishes. The dishes have the tendency to remain still as long as the friction from the movement of the tablecloth is not too great.

Shaking a bottle of ketchup. When bringing the bottom down, the suddenly stopping it, inertia is what causes the ketchup to come out of the bottle.

When playing football, a player is tackled and his head hits the ground. The impact stops his skull, but his brain continues to move and hit the inside of his skull. His brain is showing inertia.

If one drove a car directly into a brick wall, the car would stop because of the force exerted upon it by the wall. However, the driver requires a force to stop his body from moving, such as a seatbelt, otherwise inertia will cause his body to continue moving at the original speed until his body is acted upon by some force.

Hope it will help you

When you shake the branch of a tree leaves get detached. When you beat a carpet dust particles come out. When you sit in a car and it starts you lean backward. With a quick pull a table cloth can be removed from a dining table without disturbing dishes on it.Pulling a heavy object on ground requires a big force, it shows inertia of rest.

Above are the examples of inertia of rest.

Examples of inertia of motion are:-

When bus applies sharp brakes you fell pushed forward due to inertia of motion.A ball thrown upward in a train moving with uniform velocity returns to the thrower because during upward and downward motion, the ball also moves along horizontal with train due to inertia of motion.A man jumping from moving bus falls forward due to inertia of motion. An athlete runs some distance, before taking a long jump due to inertia of motion.A moving bicycle comes to rest after some time if we stop pedalling it.

Example of inertia of direction are:-

When a car makes a sharp turn at a high speed, the driver tends to get thrown to other side due to inertia of direction. The spark coming out of a grinding stone are tangential to the rotating stone due to directional inertia. The mud from the wheels of a moving vehicle flies off tangentially. It is adviced to tie our luggage kept on the roof of a bus with a rope because luggage can be thrown sideways due to inertia of direction.Water is flowing in a particular direction and if you place a rotating wheel particles of water fly of tangentially due to inertia of direction
