hey mate two limitations of The Indian constitution are;

1. many provisions still need supreme court interpretation.

2. wide range of fundamental laws are made but never enforced in India.

3. laws are never respected nor enforced in India. ( this line is from english ch the ailing planet class 11th). therefore, it's correct.
